Did you know that at an unconference, the participants create the sessions? Less of a talk and more like a tertulia or klatch.  Participants ask questions and discuss their own practices.  This format can create space for peer-to-peer learning, collaboration and creativity.  All sessions are welcome and can be something that reflects years of research as well as brainstorming around a completely new idea.
